Thesis
University of Michigan 2008
This project dredges the whole of one Great Lake, Lake Michigan, including its sunken ships, peculiar folklore, hydro eccentricities, ebbs, flows and adventures as a sourcebook for architectural ideas. It transplants one reality to the circumstances of another; the underwater realm to the streets of Chicago.

The artificats from the site include: sunken ships (like dinosaur bones) Lighthouses for their utilitarian need yet reflects little modern innovation & narratives. These artifacts reveal other systems within their natural and cultural processes.
